STEP UP & BE A SUPPORTER
With five support levels, ranging from $150 – $5000, there’s a Support package for every budget. Buffalo Strong is a not-for-profit organization so your support is tax deductible.
A 10 x 10 vendor space is included at every Support level. We welcome all businesses, groups, organizations, families and individuals. Being a Supporter does not require you to be a vendor — we appreciate your support at every level!
Support Levels
VENDOR SPACE INFORMATION
- All vendors MUST provide their own 10′ x 10′ tent
- Out of respect to our hard-working food vendors, please do not give away food items in your space
- We request that all vendors stay until the end of the event — rain or shine
- Decorations are strongly encouraged. Show off your purple pride!
ADDITIONAL VENDOR SPACE ADD-ON : $100
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS FOR SWAG BAG
- Supporters at the Connect level and above have the exciting opportunity to include a promotional item in our event swag bags!
- While participation is completely optional, if you choose to include an item, please provide 100 units
- Branded swag is always a hit! We strongly encourage putting your logo on giveaway items to maximize your visibility
- To keep the bags fun and engaging, please skip business cards, ads, or flyers
- Deadline: Please ensure all promotional items are submitted by September 3, 2026
